I can’t purchase a digital photo from gallery

Smile for the camera, Katie! You have arrived for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and I hope Mickey rolled out the red carpet for you. It sounds like the paparazzi have been at work snapping photos of your party, so let's look at ways to capture those magical memories.

To purchase a single digital download of an image taken by a Disney PhotoPass Photographer, sign into your account online and hover over My Disney Experience. Select "My Photos" to see all the images from your visit; most will have watermarks if you haven't purchased Memory Maker

To download one image digitally, click on it to see the Individual Photo Download option. Then select Add to PhotoPass Bag and follow the purchasing instructions. Remember, you can only download photos digitally on your mobile app if you've purchased Memory Maker; you'll need to be on your computer to buy a single image.

My tip is to purchase a print of your favorite picture because you'll get the digital download included. I like to share high-resolution digital photos on social media, but it's also fun to frame a copy for my office. Seeing moments from my Disney vacations always brings a smile to my face!

Katie, feel free to contact the Disney PhotoPass help desk for assistance. They will gladly walk you through the process. Remember, you'll have 45 days before that perfect image disappears!

Thanks again for stopping by planDisney, Katie. I hope I've given you some steps to try to secure the perfect memento from your trip. Be like Mickey and say, "Cheese!"

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
