Welcome to
planDisney, Dana! Thanks for stopping in with your planning question!
To see if you can change the dates for your tickets without help of a Cast Member, I suggest logging in to your
My Disney Experience account. Go to “My Plans” to see the tickets linked to your account. If you have the option to “modify” your ticket online, you will see the word in blue. In that case you can click on it to modify the date, to change it to your desired date. If you don’t, you would need to call the resort at (407) 939-5277 to speak to a Cast Member. They will be happy to help you!
It’s important to remember, if the price for the day you want to visit is lower than the price for the ticket you already purchased, you will not receive a credit or refund for that amount. If the price of the ticket for the day you would like to visit is higher, you would have to pay the difference.
If your tickets have expired, or you can't find them on your My Disney Experience account, you will be able to get a credit for those unused
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, so please don’t worry! If this is the case, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your
My Disney Experience account and just like magic, you can go ahead and assign those tickets to guests in your party.
Dana, I hope this information is helpful. Thanks again for stopping by! Have a wonderful visit!
Veronica
