I’m sorry you’re unable to link your
theme park tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. If you’d like to try linking them through the My Disney Experience Mobile app, please follow the following steps:
-Please open up
My Disney Experience Mobile app-Tap on the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right corner
-Select “Tickets and Passes”
-First, check to see if your tickets have already been added. If they have not, please select “+” and then “Link Tickets and Passes” located on the top right corner.
-You can enter the ID code on the ticket or even scan the barcode sent through your phone’s camera.
If this doesn’t work, I recommend calling and speaking to a Cast Member at the Internet Help Desk Team so they can look into the issue for you. They can be reached at (407) 939-4357 from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM, Eastern Time, seven days a week.
