I have experienced technical issues on my computer more times than I can count, so I know how frustrating it can be.
Ramona, you could be experiencing a couple of issues that are causing your technical troubles.
If you are trying to
link a vacation package to your
My Disney Experience account, you need to make sure that you have the reservation number along with the primary reservation holder's last name, which may be someone other than yourself.
If you booked through a third-party website, the confirmation number that you received may be different from the Disney confirmation number that you need to link your vacation to your account. Check with the third-party operator, or call the hotel directly, and they should be able to provide you with the number that you need to link your package.
If all else fails, I recommend that you give the friendly Cast Members a call at
(407) 939-4357. They should be able to fix your issue faster than you can say
bippity boppity boo.
