I can’t link my passes with my account

    Howdy, Nataly! Welcome to planDisney.

I'm so glad that you've chosen to be our Guest. It's not long now until you'll be hopping on a magic carpet and riding to a whole new world. The World's Most Magical Celebration beckons! If, like me, you're all about makin' memories, get your camera ready. In the words of Jasmine, "It's all so magical."

But "let's get down to business." I'm sorry that you're having trouble linking your tickets. Let's try and figure of this issue so that you can concentrate on looking forward to your vacation.

The first thing I'd recommend is opening up your My Disney Experience Mobile App. Tap on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner of the screen and click on "Tickets and Passes." From there, select "Link Tickets & Passes" and enter your ID code. You should have received this code via email when you purchased your tickets.

But maybe you've already tried this and it still hasn't worked. Let's try going through your internet browser instead. Visit the Walt Disney World Resort website and hover over the My Disney Experience logo. Click on “My Plans” and you'll be taken to a page that displays your plans. Next, select “Park Tickets” and it'll allow you to either Select Tickets or Link Tickets. Try linking your tickets again with your ID number.

Still no luck? Hmmmmm. It is possible that your tickets are already linked without you realizing it. When Guests purchase Theme Park tickets through the Walt Disney World website, they are often linked automatically to the account through which they were purchased. To check if your tickets are linked, try to make your Theme Park reservation. If it allows you to do so, your tickets have already been linked! Yay! In the words of Cogsworth, “If it’s not Baroque, don’t fix it.”

However, if you've tried everything I've mentioned and you're still having problems, then I'd suggest calling the "Existing Tickets" team. A friendly Cast Member will be able to use all their expertise to figure out what's wrong.

I hope that's helpful, Nataly. Have a great vacation. Thanks for stopping by planDisney.
