I am so glad you came to ask us a question here at planDisney!
\It’s super frustrating when you have gone through all of the motions and booked your vacation, only to not be able to find the trail back to the reservation!
Since you didn’t receive an e-mail either, you will need to contact the Walt Disney Resort by phone. A list of phone numbers can be found
here. While you have them on the phone, and once the awesome Cast Members have found your reservation, be sure to verify that the e-mail on your account is correct. (I have definitely typed mine in wrong on more than one occasion).
Once you have the reservation confirmation number, you can link it into your
MyDisneyExperience. It’s super simple, just login (or create an account if you didn’t have one), then scroll down to the 5 blue bubbles and hover over the one that says “resort hotel.” Click on the blue box that pops up that says “link a reservation.” Then, the rest is easy!
After that, you’ll want to make your
theme park reservations. You can do this back on the original screen and hover over the blue circle that says “park reservations.” You will select the people going to the park, the date, and the park. You will want to do this for each day of your reservation.
