    Hi, I can't see the download option on PhotoPass. I would like to download all at once. Happy to screenshot what I see, but even when I search for the word download, it's not on the page. And yes, we have Memory Maker

    Hi there Marissa!  Welcome to planDisney.

    I'll be happy to help you with downloading all your magical Disney PhotoPass vacation memories.  I know exactly what you are talking about because I have encountered the same situation myself.  The download button is not as easy to find as it probably should be!  Firstly, you'll want to download your photos to your computer on the Disney PhotoPass website.  If you are like me, you probably have dozens of fantastic photos and do not want to take up that much storage space on your phone!

    Begin by logging into your account on the Disney PhotoPass website.  Hover your cursor over any of your photos -- you should see a grey circle with a checkmark appear in the upper right corner of the photo.  Click on the grey circle (do not click on the photo) so it turns green.  Now, in the upper right corner of the page (above your photos, but below the page header) you should see a blue download button.  Just below the download button is a box to "Select all visible media".  Once you check that, all your photos should have green circles and you are ready to hit that download button!  It is a bit tricky because the download button does not appear until after you have selected at least one photo.  You can also deselect any photos you do not wish to download by clicking on the green circle.  Depending on how many photos you have, you'll have one or more zip files in your download folder.
