Can't decide where to stay! 1st trip for DH & DDs (6 & 2). Concerned about bus times. We're only there 11/15 to 11/18. Do you think POR royal rooms would be ok? or is that resort too hard to navigate with its size? Worth it to splurge on Polynesian

Hi Marcela! I love love the Port Orleans Resort! It's my favourite moderate resort. Port Orleans Riverside is  bigger than Port Orleans French Quarter, but definitely not too big to walk through and get where you need to go. The buses are fine, and you also will enjoy the added perk of having a boat that takes you to and from Downtown Disney, which is awesome!

Now, that being said, given you're there for just a few days, you might prefer the benefits of the Polynesian. Given your daughters' ages, I'm guessing you're going to spend a day or two at the Magic Kingdom. The Polynesian is perfect for that. You can hop on the monorail and be there in a few minutes, a definite bonus, especially when your time is limited. The resort is gorgeous and has everything you could want! You won't regret the splurge!

Write back with any other questions Marcela! Wishing you a magical vacation!
