Welcome to planDisney, Melissa.
I’m so glad you stopped by to chat about your upcoming vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth. I know 2023 may seem lightyears away, but it’s never too early to start counting down.
I must say, the idea of booking a trip longer than 14 days is quite impressive. As Figment would say,
“Oh! Oh! Can I go too?” At this time,
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations are limited to 14 night stays, and
theme park tickets max out at 10 days. You would need to purchase a separate ticket for any days over the 10 day limit for theme park tickets, and if you want to stay longer than 14 nights, you will need to book what’s called a split stay. A split stay is when you have two separate Disney Resort hotel reservations booked back-to-back and transfer from one Resort to another at some point during your vacation. You could book two separate reservations at the same Disney Resort hotel so you don’t have to worry about having your luggage transferred over, or you could book your reservations at two different Resorts. Booking a split stay gives you the opportunity to try out more than one of the spectacular Disney Resort hotels during your vacation, so be sure to look through the
planDisney Pocket Guides for the Disney Resort hotels on property to narrow down your choices.
Melissa, I hope this information helps. Enjoy planning your dream vacation, and stop by again if we can answer any other questions that pop up along the way.
Have a magical day,
Alyssa
