Hi there, Steffany!
Gosh, that sounds like such a frustrating situation. While I wish I could turn into a genie and grant your wish to have this issue fixed in a "poof," I can give you some advice. After all, you have never had a friend like the planDisney Panel!
Steffany, the first thing that you will want to do is to make sure that your husband's tickets are assigned to him in your
My Disney Experience Account. You can do this by logging in to your account, going to "My Plans" and then "Tickets & Memory Maker." His tickets will need to be assigned to him before he can make a Disney Park Pass system reservation.
Steffany, while you are checking your husband's ticket, make sure that he has the correct ticket linked to him, and that he does not have any current
Disney Park Pass system reservations that are getting caught up in the system. You can check for any exiting reservations under "My Plans."
Once everything related to tickets has been verified, try making the reservations on a different device. For example, try making the reservation on your phone through your
My Disney Experience Mobile App as opposed to your desktop, or vice versa.
The last thing that I want you to do is to make your husband's Disney Park Pass system reservation separately from the rest of your family. Do not worry, you will still be linked through your Family & Friend's List, but he may have a little success this way. You see, when you are trying to book reservations for people with different types of tickets, sometimes the system will not let them proceed with their reservation.
If all else fails, the Website Support Cast Members should be able to use their phenomenal cosmic powers to fix this issue for you. They can be reached at
(407) 939-4357. Note that wait times can be a little long, so I recommend that you call right as the phone lines open at 7:00 Eastern time.
I hope that your tickets escape from the Cave of Wonders, Steffany.
Since so many attractions have recently had their grand openings, I know that your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort will feel like experiencing a "Whole New World."
