I cannot get my tickets linked to my plans in the app

    Welcome to planDisney, Rachel!

Soon, you’ll be strolling down Main Street, U.S.A., and into a world of magic and wonder! I’m so excited about your trip!

Rachel, if you are having trouble linking your tickets through your My Disney Experience Mobile app, try going through your browser instead. You will want to visit the Walt Disney World Resort website and hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right. Once you click on “My Plans,” you will be directed to a page that shows you your plans, and you will want to select “Park Tickets.” It will allow you to either Select Tickets or Link Tickets.

I should also mention, if you purchased your theme park tickets through the Walt Disney World Resort website, your tickets might already be linked. An easy way to tell if your tickets are linked is by trying to make your Disney Park Pass reservation. If it allows you to do so, your tickets have already been linked, and you’re good to go!

If you are unable to link your tickets for any reason, I recommend you give Existing Tickets a call, and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to help you!

Rachel, we can’t wait to see ya real soon, pal! Have an enchanting time.
