    hi i cannot seem get a character dining reservation for our trip in nov. we have all our dining plans a while now but have decided to try do a character meal aswell . if i contacted disney would they be able to sort us out or would i be wasting my time .

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting to be visiting Walt Disney World Resort in November!

    Character Dining is a great way to meet several Disney Characters while enjoying a delicious meal! I am so sorry to hEAR you are having difficulty in securing a reservation for a Character Dining experience. I have found that most of the Character Dining experiences can fill up several months in advance. Although you can definitely try calling Disney Dining in order to have a friendly Cast Member assist you, I have not personally been able to secure a reservation over the phone if I did not see the availability online. My recommendation is to keep checking. You never know when someone else will cancel a reservation because their plans have changed and they want to prevent being charged the cancellation fee. I have frequently found availability for many of our "must do" dining locations in the days leading up to our trip. You can book dining reservations by calling Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463, going online or via My Disney Experience mobile app.
