Hi Cheryl! Thank you for bringing your important question to us here at planDisney. You'll be arriving for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation soon, and I understand that you would like to make sure all your plans are in order.
You should be able to view any
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, dining, or
Disney Park Pass reservations you have made in your My Disney Experience account. Sign in to the
My Disney Experience website, and use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner (just under the search box) to go to "My Plans", and scroll down to see your Daily Itinerary. If any reservations seem to be missing and you have the confirmation numbers, you can enter the reservation numbers to
link them to your account. If plans were made on your behalf by another Guest you'll be traveling with, be sure you have connected your My Disney Experience accounts through
Family & Friends and opted to "Share Plans" with members of your travel party. Select "Update" next to the Guest's name if you need to change your sharing settings. If you prefer to view your plans using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, use the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen to select "Future Plans".
If you have already tried these suggestions and are still having difficulty viewing your plans, try signing out of your account, closing the app or browser window, relaunching it, and signing in again. If that doesn't help, it is time to
give the My Disney Experience tech team a call at (407) 939-4357 for assistance. You'll be able to provide a helpful Cast Member with the email associated with your account so they can take a look.
