I cannot find id for a past ticket purchase. Tickets were originally for May 2020 but was told they could be extended & now I can't link them.

Hi Amanda and welcome to planDisney!

Your unused theme park tickets for the Walt Disney World Resort can absolutely be extended or used toward the purchase of new tickets. To get a new confirmation number to be able to link those tickets to your My Disney Experience account, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at including the following items:

-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
    -Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
    -Purchaser’s name
    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation in the email and within a few days a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your My Disney Experience and assign those tickets to guests in your party. All done!

Amanda, I hope this information is helpful. Thanks for stopping by with your question. If you need any more help, don't hesitate to come back to see us!

    Have a magical visit!
