Hi Matthew! Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'll be happy to help you with
downloading your Disney PhotoPass photos. I agree, that little download button is tricky to find!
I'm going to assume you have already linked a purchased
Memory Maker entitlement to your account in order to access unlimited downloads of all your photos, or you have an
Annual Pass that includes photo downloads. If not, you'll need to purchase Memory Maker in order to be able to download all your
Disney PhotoPass photos.
First, log in to your account on the
Disney PhotoPass website. You can also access your photos from the main
Walt Disney World website by selecting "My Photos" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu on the upper right. Once you are viewing your photos,
hover your mouse over any photo. You should see a grey circle with a checkmark in the upper right corner of the photo. Click on the circle (not the photo) so it turns green. Now you should see a blue download button in the upper right corner of your screen. Just underneath the button is a small box with the words "Select all visible media". When you check this box, you will see green checkmarks on all your photos and can simply press the download button to download all at once. It is tricky because the download button does not appear until you have selected at least one photo.
If you are still having trouble downloading your photos,
give the helpful Disney PhotoPass Cast Members a call at (407) 560-4300.
Please visit the Moms Panel again anytime with any other questions you might have about planning a Disney vacation. Enjoy all your magical memories!
