    Where canin find my trip information online???? I booked the trip and can’t find the info!

    Hi Kathleen! Welcome to planDisney! It’s so exciting that you’ve booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I’m happy to assist you with locating your magical vacation information!

    The first place that I recommend searching is in your email. When you booked your vacation, you most likely provided an email address as part of your booking or when creating your account. Once you completed booking your reservation, you should have received an email with all your information, including your confirmation or reservation number!

    Another place to find your vacation information is in your My Disney Experience account! You would have created your account when booking your vacation. When you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort website, look in the blue banner across the very top of the screen. You should see, “Sign In or Create Account.” Since you already have a vacation booked, you should just be able to sign in using the username and password that you created when booking your vacation.
