    Rosa from FL Asked

Hi, I cancelled my families yearly pass due to Covid. We are Florida residents. Can we get out passes again?

    Hiya Rosa!

Welcome to planDisney, a group of Disney enthusiasts eager to help you make the most of your Disney vacations. There was so much unpredictability in 2020 that I completely understand your decision to cancel your family’s annual theme park passes as heartbreaking as it must have been for you. Guests who canceled their passes are being assisted on a case-by-case basis, so you may want to reach out to the Passholder Help Desk by calling (407) 939-7277 to speak with a Cast Member to see what options are available to you and your family.

At this time, the sale of new annual passes is paused, and there is no information as to when annual pass sales will resume. I highly recommend that you continue to check the Parks and Tickets: Know Before You Go page and the Annual Passes: Know Before You Go page for the latest, most up-to-date information.

While the sale of new annual passes is on hold, you may want to check out some of the special offers for Florida Residents, such as the Florida Resident Discover Disney Ticket or the savings of 40% on 4-Day Tickets.

I hope this information helps you and your family return to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop back by planDisney any time we can help answer your vacation questions.
