    We cancelled a AOA little mermaid room reservation for the Finding Nemo suites. However I bought a customized magicband with the original reservation. Because I’m Canadian I was supposed to pick it up from front desk at check in.Will I still get the bands?

    Well, it’s oh-fish-ial! You’ll love staying at the Finding Nemo Family Suites at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. This resort has some of the best theming around. There’s so much to explore, from the colorful lobby to the larger-than-life characters; it’ll surely draw you in!

    Navjot, because your first reservation was canceled, I recommend checking to see if you received a refund on your MagicBands, as they were supposed to be with the original reservation. If you have not received a refund, I suggest contacting a friendly Cast Member at Merchandise Guest Services. They can be reached at 1-800-328-0327. They are available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Sunday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

    I hope you can utilize The Big Blue Pool, located outside the Finding Nemo Family Suite building! How e-fish-ent! It’s the largest hotel pool in all of Walt Disney World Resort!
