    What are the cancellation rules of the Chear Squad? I did not find this on the site.

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. As a runDisney runner, I always find that I finish stronger when I have chEARleaders to help me push through the tough miles!

    When you register for a runDisney ChEAR Squad Package, it's treated just like a runners registration so they are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are always welcome to call runDisney at 407-939-iRun to ask specifically for your situation, but please understand that they are non-refundable and non-transferable so it's likely they won't be able to issue a refund. I hope you are still able to chEAR your runner on in their upcoming runDisney event!
