    cancellation policy for room only package

    Hi Pamela!  Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I certainly hope you will not need to cancel your room only reservation.  However, it is nice to have the peace of mind that if it becomes necessary to cancel, room only reservations generally must be cancelled 5 or more days prior to your arrival to avoid penalty.  You may cancel your reservation through your My Disney Experience account, or by calling the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Reservation line.  Since I do not have the exact details of your stay, I recommend calling to confirm the cancellation policy for the package you have reserved, as the policy varies for different types of packages.
