Welcome to
planDisney, Tara, where you will find a group of Disney vacation enthusiasts eager to help answer your vacation questions. I am glad you decided to stop by with your question, and it would be my pleasure to help dig up an answer for you. It is never fun to think about canceling an upcoming vacation to
Disneyland Resort, but sadly, it is sometimes necessary.
While I hope you do not have to cancel a stay at
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, I am happy to provide you with the necessary information to do so. If you cancel your resort reservation at least 5 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 0-4 days prior to arrival, the first night’s room rate plus taxes will be retained as a cancellation fee. If you decide to book a vacation package, you will need to cancel more than 30 days in advance to avoid fees or penalties. To
cancel a hotel reservation at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, you will need to call (407) 520-5060.
I hope this information is helpful, and you can enjoy a stay at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa sometime soon! Here at planDisney, we are always here to help, so stop back by if we can answer any more of your vacation questions.
