What is the cancellation policy for a planned vacation in March

Hi there, Sandi! Thanks for bringing this great question to us at planDisney.

There's so much fun to be had when planning a vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth! However, sometimes life takes a not-so-magical turn and you need to change your plans. I completely understand, Sandi! Let's talk about the Walt Disney World Resort cancellation policy for vacation packages.

Sandi, if you booked a vacation package that included theme park tickets and a reservation at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, this reservation can be canceled up to 30 days prior to your arrival date without penalty. If you decide to cancel within 2 to 29 days prior to your arrival date, there is a cancellation fee of $200, at the time of this writing (in addition to any cancellation fees by other suppliers). If you need to cancel your reservation 1 day prior to your arrival, unfortunately, the package is non-refundable. Please remember to also cancel other reservations, such as dining or Enchanting Extras, as needed! You may also consider modifying your reservation to new dates instead of canceling your reservation, if possible. As always, feel free to reach out to a friendly Cast Member if you need more assistance!

Sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust, Sandi! If you have any other questions, please visit us again.

You've got a friend in me!

Hello from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, also known as Pittsburgh! My husband and I live in a little town that we affectionately call Main Street, U.S.A. where we often find ourselves seeking out ice cream, finding new adventures, and having lightsaber battles in our backyard. While we love to travel to galaxies far, far away, we consider Walt Disney World Resort our second home and I can't wait to help you add even more magic to your Disney vacations!
