Thanks so much for coming to us with your question. I'm sorry to hear that you might need to cancel a hotel reservation. I do hope that you will be able to reschedule your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth at some point.
If you made a Room Only Reservation, then per the Terms and Conditions, you will receive a full refund if you cancel 5 or more days in advance. Otherwise, a penalty of the first night's fee will be incurred. You may cancel or change your reservation on-line through your
Disneyland account or by calling
Hotel Reservation Guest Services.
If you reserved a
Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, it gets a bit more complicated. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made 5 to 29 days before your visit, you will be charged a cancellation fee ($200 as of the time of this writing, subject to change) but otherwise will receive a refund. No refund is given if the cancellation is made 4 days or less prior to arrival.
