How do I see what my cancellation options/fees are?

    Hiya Rionda,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Sometimes life throws a bit of a "Stitch," and plans have to change. No worries! The Mouse and Co. are happy to have you visit at a later date. The latest info on changing tickets, Resort Hotel packages, and dining reservations can be found here. But I'll summarize for you:

-Any date-specific or unexpired multi-day tickets with a use period between March 12, 2020 - March 31, 2020, are automatically extended for use up until December 15, 2020.

-If you can't use the tickets before December 15, 2020, you can use the value of an unused card towards the purchase of a new one.

-Special Event tickets from March 16, 2020, through Mach 31, 2020, will be automatically refunded.

-If you have an Annual Pass, that pass will be extended by 16 days.

-For Resort hotel stays between March 16 - March 31, 2020, you can cancel or modify your reservation up until your check-in date. If your stay is after these dates, all change and cancellation fees up to your check-in date are waived through June 30, 2020.

-Any pre-paid dining or experience from March 16, 2020 - March 31, 2020, will automatically be refunded.

Please remember, all prices and policies are subject to change. Since you are arriving in April, you can sign in to your My Disney Experience account and click on "Modify Reservation." You can also find our standard modifying ticket guidelines here.

Whew! Hopefully, that was clEAR! Rionda, if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back. We are all EARs!
