Hi there, Lolita! Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like you're headed to
Walt Disney World Resort this May! Spring is my favorite time to visit and I'm absolutely twitterpated for you. There is so much magic waiting for you around every corner!
The World's Most Magical Celebration will be in full swing and the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be blooming just in time for your magical vacation!
But oh, bother! I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem making your new Theme Park Reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system. As my pal Anna says, I'm happy to help you do "the next right thing!"
First, you'll want to check which Theme Park Reservations you've already made. To do this, log into your account online, hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab, and click
My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets to view your Daily Itinerary. Take a look at which days have Theme Park Reservations and which days do not. The days that have a Theme Park Reservation will have an image of the park you selected with the words "Disney Park Pass." You'll want to verify that your
EPCOT and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park passes have, indeed, been canceled.
Next, take a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar. Great news! At the time of this writing, it looks like all parks are available for the dates of your trip in May. That will be very helpful when trying to make these new Theme Park Reservations. If you've verified that you're still missing two Theme Park Reservations on the days of your trip, go ahead and try to use the
Disney Park Pass system once more. Make sure that you are only selecting the dates that do not currently have Theme Park Reservations (skip the dates that already have confirmed Theme Park Reservations).
If the above steps didn't work for you, my next best piece of advice would be to
call a Cast Member! Cast Members are a little like real-life fairy godparents who are able to stretch their magic wands just a bit farther for us. They'll be happy to take a look at your plans and help to make sure you have all the Theme Park Reservations that you need! If you do decide to call, I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their type of magic can be in high demand.
I hope I was able to give you some next steps today, Lolita! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon!
