Onboard Gifts. A reservation agent can cancel your order as long as it's at least 3 days before your departure. They are available Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time. Have your reservation number handy when you call 1(800) 951-3532. The charge will be returned to the original form of payment.
To stay hydrated on board, you'll be able to visit the complimentary
24-hour drink stations located on the pool decks. I like to pack an insulated cup from home or purchase one from the
merchandise shops for refills during the voyage. You can also use the cups at the drink station provided by Disney Cruise Line. If you choose to bring your own bottled water on board, it must be in its original sealed packaging and packed in your carry-on luggage. You can drop it off at your stateroom once it becomes available, usually around 1:30-2:00 pm.
Jeffrey, I always recommend having the latest version of the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app downloaded before arriving at the port. Once you've checked in, you'll be able to connect to DCL-Guest Wifi to see what's planned using the Explore tab! If you booked any activities before you set sail, they will appear in "My Plans" along with your
dining information and
Walt Disney World Theatre showtimes. You'll also be able to see your assembly station for the drill on the first afternoon.
