If you do find yourself in a situation where you are unable to visit before your theme park tickets expire, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your
My Disney Experience account and you can start planning your next
magical visit!
