    We had to cancel our trip and plan to use the tickets for the future, my tickets still say must be used by 2/11/22. my park reservations and definitely canceled but the tickets still say this. What would I need to do to use these tickets later?

    Welcome to planDisney, Stephanie! I'm so sorry to hear that you've had to cancel your vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. I'm happy to help you. 

    If you do find yourself in a situation where you are unable to visit before your theme park tickets expire, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

    -Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)

    -Include your name

    -Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

    -Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used 

    Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your My Disney Experience account and you can start planning your next magical visit!
