Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so sorry that you need to cancel your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. For most reservation types,
canceling your trip this far in advance should not be a problem.
For room-only reservations, you must call and cancel more than 5 days before check-in to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 5 days in advance, you will lose the deposit paid on the room.
If you booked a full vacation package with room and tickets, as long as you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, you should receive a full refund. There are of course always exceptions to these guidelines and it depends on how you booked. If you booked through a third-party travel company, that company may have their own fees or policies. I would contact whoever you booked through to process your cancellation as soon as possible. If you booked directly with Disney, you can call 1-407-WDW-DISNEY. If you used a Travel Agent or a third-party booking site, you’ll need to contact them to cancel your visit.
