Hi Kristin,
Thanks for bringing your question to us at planDisney! I'm sorry to hear you aren't able to keep your existing plans to visit Disneyland Resort, but I understand that sometimes the stars just don't align the way we hope. Let's review your options!
If you've booked a
Vacation Package with tickets and resort accommodations, you should be able to modify or
cancel your trip online via the
"My Disneyland" link or by calling a Cast Member for assistance at (714) 520-5050. Please note that if you cancel within 5-29 days of your scheduled arrival any refunds are subject to a cancellation fee, while cancellations made 4 days or less in advance of your arrival are non-refundable. Unfortunately, I don't have access to your reservation details but I'd recommend contacting a Cast Member as soon as possible to review your options or to modify your trip to a later date.
Theme park tickets purchased instead of a Vacation Package are also non-refundable but you should be able to
modify your theme park reservations to another date, subject to availability. The value of
wholly unused tickets can also be applied to a future visit, as long as the new tickets are of equal or greater value.
I'm hoping you'll be able to shift your visit to a future date as there is
plenty of magic awaiting guests in 2024. From Pixar Fest to Halloween Time, there's really never a bad time to visit! I'm hoping I can make my way over to the West Coast at least once to soak up some Disneyland Resort vibes for myself, too!
Kristin, I hope this information helps you modify your plans. If we can offer any additional assistance please don't hesitate to come back and let us know. You can also
reach out to a Cast Member by phone with questions about your particular package or tickets. Wishing you a merry and magical holiday season and a wonderful New Year!
Magic and memories,
Amy
