Welcome to
planDisney, Nicole. I think June is a great time to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort! I’m so glad you’ve stopped by with your planning question.
I totally understand where you’re coming from and I’ve been right where you are. I had to cancel a trip last December and my tickets just disappeared from my list on my
My Disney Experience account.
I suggest emailing WDW Guest Gervices- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com.
-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, no problem. Just include your confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. It’s very likely the expiration dates for unused tickets will be extended. In that case, the email response from Disney will include a confirmation number. Just link that number to your account and you can go ahead and assign those tickets to guests in your party. Now you will be ready to plan your next
magical visit!
Nicole, I hope I’ve been helpful. Don’t hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s our pleasure to help you with all the
details of your next visit! Thanks again for stopping by to see us!
