Can I cancel my tickets? I have a family emergency and won’t be able to travel.

Greetings, Madiha, and thank you for visiting planDisney.

I'm so sorry to hear about your family emergency and that it will affect your vacation. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World tickets are non-refundable. In many cases, though, you can change the dates of your theme park tickets. Log in to your My Disney Experience account and visit the My Plans and Tickets page of the Walt Disney World website to make the changes.

Disney vacation packages and room-only reservations can be canceled, depending on the date. That can also be done on the My Plans and Tickets page.

Another option (and my personal advice) is to call the Walt Disney World Tickets and Hotel Reservation line. Speak to a Cast Member who can best help in your particular situation.

I wish you and your family the best possible outcome, Madiha, and I hope that you will be able to take that magical vacation one day in the future. If you have any more questions, please come back and see us at planDisney
