Heigh-Ho Seth,
I am so sorry to hEAR your plans to visit Walt Disney World have hit a snafu, especially after purchasing your Walt Disney World tickets.
I hate to be the bearer of unmagical news but your
Walt Disney World tickets are
non-refundable. However, all unused tickets can be used towards a future visit. And now that you have tickets, you are one step closer to returning for the
50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World. This Most Magical Celebration is gEARing up to enchant Guests for the next 18 months and is sure to be a reason to visit. In the meantime, keep your Walt Disney World ticket confirmation number or ticket ID numbers, the form of payment and when the tickets were purchased in a safe place. When the time comes to return and if the tickets are still in your My Disney Experience account simply make a Disney Park Pass reservation and follow all prompts. However, if you have difficulty I suggest reaching out to a Cast Member for further assistance by calling (407) 934-7639.
