    How do I cancel tickets?

    Hi there, Kayla!

Oh Kayla, I am so sorry to hear that you are having to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

Fortunately, postponing your vacation could not be easier. Simply log into your My Disney Experience Account and go to "My Plans." Once in My Plans, you will see all of your Disney Park Pass system reservations. Now, go ahead and cancel your reservations.

Theme park tickets are non-refundable but I am happy to tell you that you will never lose the value paid for your tickets. When you are ready to re-book simply call (407) 939-5277, and the friendly Cast Members will update your tickets! Please note that fees may apply if there is a difference in price between your current ticket and the ticket on the day that you wish to visit.

I hope that this answered your question, Kayla!

    See you real soon!
