    how do I cancel a ticket

    Hi Timothy! Welcome to planDisney. We are sorry you want to cancel you visit to Disneyland Resort. I understand how frustrating and upsetting it can be. We are here to help you with all the information you need.

    Timothy, unfortunately, you cannot cancel tickets to Disneyland Resort, as tickets are non-refundable.  However, you can reschedule your visit to Disneyland for a later date. If you would like more information, you can speak to a Cast Member at the Tickets Office at (714) 781-4636. 

    I hope you are able to move your visit to a later date, Timothy, and that you are able to experience all the magic Disneyland has to offer at another time.
