Hello, Natalie. First, I hope you and your family are OK following Helene and stay safe with Milton. I grew up in Florida and thought I was "used to" this, but I am not sure any past experience can brace us from what I see in the weather forecasts.
Since a
hurricane warning has been issued for the Orlando area, you can reschedule or cancel your
Walt Disney World vacation package. The same is true for most resort-only reservations. If you purchased theme park tickets that are not part of a vacation package, you cannot cancel these, but you can reschedule the dates.
You should see your tickets under "
My Plans" under the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab. Next to the ticket, there should be a "Change Tickets" link. You can then select your revised dates. If the new dates are more expensive than the dates you purchased, you will have to pay the difference. Aside from that, it should be an easy change.
If you have any issues, you can
call the Existing Tickets line and ask for assistance.
As you look for new dates, the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs through November 23 with tempting treats and the
Eat to the Beat concert series. The
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays starts celebrating the most wonderful time of the year on November 29. There is so much to enjoy at Walt Disney World Resort this season.
Again, I am wishing upon a star you and your family stay safe during this storm. And once you are back to thinking about leaving today for the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy, please come back by
planDisney. We're here for all your planning (and re-planning) help.
Thinking of the Happiest Things!
