    How do you cancel theme park reservations?

    Greetings to you, Victor, thanks for reaching out to planDisney!

    I'm sorry to hear that you need to cancel a reservation to the Disneyland Resort. However, I understand that plans change and sometimes you just can't make it! 

    Cancelling a reservation is straightforward and can be done from the comfort of your phone through the Disneyland app or on the Disneyland website. As a reminder, if you are a Magic Key pass holder seeking to cancel, you can only do so up to midnight Pacific Time, the day before your reservation. Before proceeding make sure that you're logged into your Disney account on the mobile app or website.

    • From your phone: Open the app and if your reservations are linked you can tap "my plans" on the home page. It will open a mobile browser window prompting your log in again. You'll find yourself on the "theme park reservations" landing page. Scroll down to the reservation date that you're wanting to cancel. Tap "cancel reservation." It will ask which party members (if there are more than just you) to cancel, make the selection and confirm. Continue through the steps until you receive a confirmation number on screen.
    • From a desktop/laptop browser: On the Disneyland website navigation menu, hover over "My Disneyland." Click the "Tickets and Reservation Details" link and it will take you to see what reservations you have. You can cancel or modify your reservations from that page. Following the same instructions as mobile, select the party members to cancel and confirm. You should receive a confirmation on screen, and again via email.
