How to cancel a theme park reservations

    Dickie,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

Canceling your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system is not hard, but it does help to know what steps to follow. That is where I come in! It is important to know as well that when you want to cancel a theme park reservation, you can do it for an entire group all at one time, or you can select only those members of a group to change. Here are the basic steps.

    1. Go to your My Disney Experience account and select "My Plans".
    2. Find the reservation that you want to change and click on "View Details".
    3. On the next page, you will want to click on "Cancel This Reservation", selecting all the guests for whom you wish to cancel.

    BONUS TIP
If you are planning on reserving different theme park reservations, I would recommend you confirm that whatever park you were planning to select still has availability by checking the Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar first.

Please write me back if you have any follow-up questions.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
