Hello. If I cancel my resort reservation, will I retain my Park Passes and restaurant reservations for those dates?

    Howdy Steven!

I love it when I see a fellow Texan here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m glad you stopped by with your question!

Steven, are you as thrilled about the phased reopening of The Most Magical Place on Earth as I am?! Like Rapunzel, I can’t wait to leave my tower and return to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort. For my family and I, one of the most enchanting aspects of our Walt Disney World Resort vacation is approaching EPCOT and taking in the sight of the “giant golfball” as my Mouseketeers like to call it, Spaceship Earth!

I called and spoke to a Cast Member at Resort hotel Reservations and was told that if a Walt Disney World Resort Reservation is cancelled, the Disney Park Pass selections will also cancel because they are associated with the Walt Disney World Resort Reservation when they are made. However, any advanced dining reservations that are made will stay. I also checked the policy on Resort Rooms and Packages modifications, cancellations, and refunds and found that the company is waiving Disney-imposed change and cancellations fees up to the date of check-in for reservations with arrivals through October 3, 2020.

Steven, I am sending all the pixie dust your way so you can return to the magic soon!
