Hiya Bradley!
I understand that sometimes plans change; in fact, I just had to switch my
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation just now. Thanks to having a
My Disney Experience account, I could log in quickly and make the change.
Bradley, if you're speaking about your
Vacation Package, which includes theme park tickets, as well as your Disney Resorts Collection stay, the
standard cancellation fees apply if you are from 2 to 29 days of your arrival, as there would be a $200 cancellation fee plus supplier fees, if applicable. Please feel free to call (407) 939-5277, and a friendly Cast Member will be able to help you with this.
However, if all you have are theme park tickets and a separate Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay, you would have to
cancel your hotel stay up to 5 days in advance of arrival not to be penalized.
Theme park tickets, although non-refundable, will forever hold their monetary value. Therefore, even if they are expired, you can apply the value towards purchasing new tickets. Please do be sure to hold onto the confirmation number of your current tickets, as you'll need it when applying the value of the current tickets to new ones.
If you're thinking about changing your
Disney Park Pass reservations, you can do so easily by hovering over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right corner of the
Walt Disney World Resort website and then selecting "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. Then, you will want to locate your park pass reservation, and next to it, you should see "Cancel Reservation." Please select it and follow the steps to confirm the cancellation.
We hope to see you soon, Bradley! The magic of Walt Disney World Resort will be here when you're ready!
