Hi Carlos! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you found to ask this great question.
I know that sometimes plans can change, and I'm sure you were excited to visit The Happiest Place on Earth. If you need to cancel your
Theme Park Reservation, you can do that and plan to visit another day. You won't lose your money. The
Theme Park Ticket you purchased has an expiration date, and if possible, you can plan to visit before it expires. The expiration date depends on when you purchased the ticket and the ticket type. If you can't visit before the ticket expires, you can apply the amount of an unused Theme Park Ticket to the purchase of a new one. You would just owe the difference in price, if any. If you have a Multi-day ticket and have used one or some of the days, it must be used within 13 days of first use.
Once you have determined the new date you would like to visit, I recommend checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure that date is available to make a Theme Park Reservation.
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort will be around through October 31st if you're still hoping to visit during spooky season!
If you have more planning questions before you arrive, please visit us again at

We hope to see ya real soon!
