Hello, Jeffrey,
I’m sorry to hear you and your girlfriend are not currently feeling well. I wish you both a speedy recovery.
If you know you won’t be able to make it to the Disneyland Resort as originally planned, you can cancel or modify your existing
theme park reservations. To change or cancel a Disneyland Resort park reservation, you can start with the
Disneyland mobile app. From the app’s ☰ feature menu, open the “Future Plans” screen. Look for your upcoming Disney Theme Park Reservation and tap it to open the
My Theme Park Reservations page in a web browser. Use the “Modify Reservation” or “Cancel Reservation” link located under your reservation confirmation number. Follow the prompts to select the tickets to include in the reservation change. If you are modifying your reservation, you will then select the new date you wish to attend from the
available dates for which your tickets are valid.
If you are not yet sure when you will be able to visit the Disneyland Resort, you may choose to cancel your reservations for now. But don’t worry; your tickets will remain linked to your account and you may return to the
My Theme Park Reservations page to book new reservations later. As long as your tickets haven’t expired, you may book new reservations to visit on dates for which your tickets are still valid. If your tickets are wholly unused and they happen to expire before you can use them, you may upgrade them to new tickets of equal or greater value to reset their validity. Call the
Tickets phone line for information on upgrading your tickets. If you would like to modify reservations for a multi-day ticket, you may find it easier to start by canceling reservations first. That way you can be sure to book all of your park days within the maximum two-week window that applies to most multi-day tickets.
I hope you feel well, Jeffrey. Perhaps knowing that you can use your park tickets to visit the Disneyland Resort soon will be a
happy little thought to help you through your recovery.
