How do I cancel my reservation? I cant go anymore

    Welcome to planDisney, Bryan!

I'm sorry to hear your vacation plans have changed.  Many of us here at planDisney have had our plans get "Stitched" as well.  Fortunately, Walt Disney World Resort currently has a flexible cancellation policy in place for arrivals through April 30, 2021.  Guests may cancel reservations up to the date of check-in with no Disney-imposed change or cancellation fees.

To cancel a hotel reservation, visit the "My Plans" section in your My Disney Experience account and select "Cancel Reservation".  If your reservation cannot be canceled online, the number to call the Disney Reservation Center to cancel will be displayed.

If instead you were asking about canceling a Disney Park Pass reservation, you can take care of that through your My Disney Experience account.  From "My Plans", locate the Disney Park Pass reservation you wish to cancel, then select "View Details".  On the following screen, you'll see a link to cancel your reservation just below the date.  If using the My Disney Experience mobile app, simply select the Disney Park Pass you wish to cancel, and on the next screen select the blue cancel button.

I hope that helps!  Please feel free to visit planDisney again with any additional questions you may have.  We'd love to help you make new vacation plans when you are ready to travel.
