Josh from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have had to cancel a reservation before, but was able to reschedule. Now something has come up on my second reservation day. Is it possible to cancel again and reschedule for a second time? I want to make sure I can before I cancel this reservation.

Hi Josh and welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping in with your planning question about the Disneyland Resort

If you need to cancel upcoming Disneyland Resort hotel reservations, you can call the Walt Disney Travel Company at (714) 520-5060 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific, and a Cast Member can help change or cancel your existing hotel reservation or vacation package.

If what you really need to do is change your park reservation dates, you can cancel your current park reservations and use your tickets to book new park reservations before your tickets expire. Just check the availability calendar to make sure your new vacation dates are available. All done!

If you have any additional ticket questions, you can also call a Ticketing Cast Member at (714) 781-4636.

Josh, I hope this information is helpful to you as you make the necessary changes to your upcoming visit. We’re always here to help, so don’t hesitate to come back to visit us if you have any more planning questions!
