Hey there, hi there, ho there, Victoria! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! Mickey and I are sorry to hear that you need to cancel your plans to The Happiest Place on Earth. But, if there's one thing we've learned from the past two years, it's that plans change, sometimes at a moment's notice. I'm happy to give you some information.
According to
Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, guests cannot get a refund for their tickets, but in some cases, you can use the value of your unused theme park tickets towards a future vacation. If the price of your new dates is higher, you'll just need to pay the difference. The only way to do this is by contacting the
Disneyland Resort Tickets Services team at (714) 781-4636. I suggest looking at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar before nailing down your new dates.
Hopefully, you can return to the magic sometime this spring, Victoria! Disneyland Resort recently unveiled the dates for the
return of their nighttime spectaculars. I'm already humming Baroque Hoedown in anticipation! See ya real soon!
