¡Hola Julieta!
Bienvenida a planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your questions! I am very sorry to hear that you are considering canceling your trip to the Happiest Place in the World. Unfortunately,
tickets purchased for the
Disneyland Resort are non-refundable and non-transferable but may be used at a later time. You can 'save' your tickets for a future date of use by changing the reservation date.
The first step to change the date of your tickets is to cancel your initial reservation. You will then be able to select a new date. Log in to your My Disneyland account online, and then select "My Plans". Here, you can view your
Disney Park Pass reservations and you can click on “View Details.” Find the date you want to cancel and click “Cancel Reservation.” Once you've canceled your original date, you can return and make a new Disney Park Pass reservation. Simply follow the directions under "Make Park Reservations" to reserve the new date. It is possible that there will be an additional cost per ticket, depending on the new dates you have selected. Once the tickets have been selected, the changes will be noted in your My Disneyland account.
I hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! Be sure to visit us at
planDisney en español if you have any questions about your next Disneyland vacation.
