Can I cancel a placeholder early and get a refund? (I booked too many onboard 👍)

    Ahoy there, Cheryl!

I'm so glad you set your compass toward planDisney!

Now, Cheryl, I'm not sure there is such a thing as booking too many placeholder reservations, but I'll take your word for it! I love taking advantage of the Onboard Booking Offer during my vacation and it sounds like you do, too. If you find that you are unable to set sail within 24 months, you can call Disney Cruise Line and ask to have your placeholder refunded. The refund will be credited to your original form of payment.

Before you make your final decision, have you checked out the new Summer 2025 itineraries? There are so many to choose from. Whether Alaska's majesty, Europe's history, or the Bahamas's and Caribbean's sunshine, you have options. With Disney Treasure and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, you have all new options to explore. Now that I've tempted you, I realize I have a placeholder reservation still to use...I better get busy!

Please let us know if you have other questions, Cheryl. We are here to help!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon

Hi! I'm a dreamer and doer who loves exploring the big blue world! My love for Disney began at Walt Disney World Resort and after my first Disney Cruise Line vacation I was hooked. I especially enjoy the ships' adult-exclusive spaces and activities while experiencing the magic only Disney can create. A Land and Sea vacation combining an action-packed Walt Disney World Resort visit and a relaxing Disney Cruise Line voyage is my favorite way to do Disney. I can't wait to help you create your magical memories! Learn More About Shannon
