Greetings to you, Gary, thanks for stopping by planDisney!
I’m so sorry to hear that you are wanting to cancel a pass, which I am going to assume you mean a Magic Key pass, providing a year of benefits as a Magic Key pass holder (formerly annual pass program) to the Disneyland Resort.
Unfortunately, all ticket and Magic Key pass sales are nonrefundable. You’ll want to take a look at the terms and conditions relevant to the pass you refer to. However, if you’re just in need of date flexibility, if you want to just modify your current admission ticket you can change the date by canceling the current reservation(s) and adding a new date selection so you can enjoy the magic. Just keep in mind the ticket’s expiration date as you can’t book reservations past that date. You’ll also want to review the event schedule to see what is available on the date(s) of your visit. As a last resort, you can contact
Disney Guest Services to see if you have a situation that they may be able to help with.
There’s a lot of magic brewing at the
Happiest Place on Earth during the fall and holiday seasons. If you can, you will want to reserve some time to experience everything between August - December. Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort is from August 23 - October 31 and Holidays at the
Disneyland Resort begin November 15, typically ending the weekend after New Year’s Day.
We appreciate you contacting us Gary, I hope that you’re able to get your pass situation fixed real soon! If you have any other questions before your next visit, feel free to
send us another message!
Magic awaits!
Camille
