Disney Park Pass reservations. Whether it’s because plans changed and you’re unable to make it, or because you need to cancel your current park pass to make a new one for another theme park, I’m happy to help. But, I will say, if you are canceling to book a new one, please be sure to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure there is availability.
To cancel your existing reservation, please visit
My Plans under your My Disney Experience account, log in and scroll down until you locate the Disney Park Pass reservation you’d like to cancel. Then, click
View Details next to the park pass, and on the next page, look for the blue “Cancel This Reservation” link and select it. Once you have confirmed the cancelation, you’re all set!
