how do I cancel a park reservation

Hello Paula, and welcome to planDisney!

If your plans have changed, Hakuna Matata, no worries at all!  If you need to cancel your Disney Park Pass reservation, you can do so in the "My Plans" section on the My Disney Experience website or through the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Once you have located the Disney Park Pass you wish to cancel in your account, click on the pass in the mobile app or "View Details" on the website.  On the next screen, just below the date, you'll see either "Cancel This Reservation" or a blue Cancel button with an X.

If you wish, you can then make a new Disney Park Pass reservation for a different date.  Be sure to check the Disney Park Pass Availability calendar to see if reservations are available for the park you would like to visit.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
