Walt Disney World Resort, Ghias. I’m happy to help shed some light on your options regarding your theme park tickets.
Generally speaking, all
ticket options are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Having said that, your options will depend on the type of tickets that you have purchased. Most Guests purchase date-based tickets, which are the most common type of ticket. With date-based tickets, you would have selected a start date when you made your purchase, and you would have a window of time to use those tickets. If you’ll be unable to visit on those days, you may be able to apply the cost of those tickets toward the purchase of tickets for a new date. Please note that if the future dates are more expensive, you would be required to pay the difference.
Select ticket types require
Park Pass Reservations. These include Student Group tickets, Sport and Convention tickets, Disney Military Salute tickets, and Annual Passholders. If you have these types of tickets, you may be able to modify your Park Pass Reservations for different dates. If in doubt, I encourage you to
contact Walt Disney World Resort directly. A friendly Cast Member will be more than happy to confirm what your options are based on the type of ticket that you have purchased.
